Amazon very poor services

407-9698938-2146719 and paid extra for the assured delivery as well still it’s been 1 week order has not been delivered to me and now they are saying you can cancel your order.
Pathetic services Amazon,I will refer my friends not to order anything from Amazon .Very poor services.
