I order 2 products 1 cello electric kettle and wet and wild kit and received it 25th of June 2019 but the cello electric kettle is used and damage product they are provided me after that I return the product and I request to refund my amount 28th of11th June then Amazon said they are returning around 5 days after 5working days I call them nd said why I m not receiving any amount yet, then they said your amount is initiated in your account but some other reasons you can’t receive that so they are provided me reference ID number and and said contact your bank costumer service and said to put charge distribute file I call CC but they said this service is not available pls contact your bank branch so I also visited my bank but the reference ID number is not available then again I called amazon and again I complaint my problem but as usual they said that and now it’s 11th of July2019 I even not received any amount they call me and said we are trying to figure out your problem so many times I call the Amazon but they only said we can’t do anything it’s bank issue please I request you my amount is 1119rs amazon is one of the most reputed company we can’t accept that this type of cheap activities from Amazon this is so seameles amazon that you are not provided your costumer good service and also your company making fraud with costumer we are blindly trusted you and you are providing this type of service this is so seamles.
