Amazon not delivering item which have already been paid

I purchased shoes from Amazon.in on 6th Jan 18. I made the payment online at that time but I haven’t received the item till date. I made contact with the customer care various no. Of times but they said that it’s a third party dealer and they can’t do anything. I also called the third party for the same but they said they have delivered the product. On checking the same the product address is showing to be at a location 25 kms away from my address. My order no. at the amazon site is 40676056406081926. The company is saying they are not going to entertain any further correspondence.
