I bought a smarttv from Amazon and I received the product on the 20th Jan 2019. I found that thetv screen is broken. Amazon is now not helping me at all.
I am dying of making them understand my situation. But their call centre staff is not helping me.
Amazon ate my 12000 rupees.
This is not the first time I have faced issues
This has now happened 3rd time in the period of 6 months.
Plz help me to change the product.
