I join aloft on 2 january, 012. Pranjal yadav is owner of this company and D.V.Singh is hr manager. They take rs ,000 as security deposit which was refundable after 6 months. They offer me a position of software developer with salary rs 5000 per month in training time and 8000 to 2000 after training. And also their hr executive told me that our company takes a small test after your training ie after 2 months a test will be conduct and this test is only to check your performance whether to increase your salary or not. But suddenly after one month they told me that you have a test after 2 days. They take test on .Net and I secured 19 marks out of 50 & 20 marks was highest. Now after taking a test they started my training (a non payable training). This training should start on first day. The training was around 15 days. Actually this all training was nothing but to keep me busy for overall 2 months and after 2 months they fire me. And at that time I was in loss of rs 0000 (security deposit) & salary of 2 months. From that time I was calling to pranjal & his office staff continuously. But some time he do not pick up my call & some time he pick up the call & says that today I am out of station so call me some other day. And he is continuously cheating and wasting my time also. I also went to their office 4 to 5 times, 2 to 3 times we met and he said that come to my office other day at that time I do not have money. Now I have a question why he hire me? I also have answer of this question, because pranjal recruit freshers only for money and he keep busy those candidate for 2 to 3 months. After 2 months pranjal fire half of them and rest candidate leave himself because rubbish work environment, he also do not pay to candidate. If aloft take a test after 2 months and check candidate closely then they could do the same at the time of our interview process before joining. But not because they recruit candidate only for money. And at that time they increased security deposit amount from rs 0000 to 000. So I request to take immediate and necessary action against corrupt one.
