I am a retired P.W.D.Executive Engineer of Tamilnadu State government. I am a senior citizen and a cancer patient. (65 years old)
I am staying in Ambattur, Chennai in the address given below. Previously I was staying in Medavakkam.
On 18th May 2012, I requested All Marks Packers and Movers, Gangai Amman Koil Street, Ranganathapuram Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai -600041 to shift a old refrigerator from Medavakkam from the address given above to my elder brother’s house in Mayiladuthurai. They took Rs.1650 and took the refrigerator on 18th May 2012. Please vide receipt number 882 dated 18th May 2012. Till today (it is going to be nearly 2 months) they have not delivered the refrigerator to my brother. I made a number of calls to the mobile number 90030 68199 given in their receipt. I spent more than Rs.500 for phone calls. But Mr.Arun who is the staff always said, they did not get a vehicle for transport. I requested them to return my fridge and the cash but they refused to do that.
Today they are requesting me to pay Rs.600 extra. I agreed to pay the same online and requested them to send the invoice and their account no to me for making payment. But they want payment to be made in cash at Mayiladuthurai to the lorry driver.
My brother is very poor. He cannot afford to pay the money. The fridge is very old. It is not worth so much. Please ask Mr.Arun to send me back the fridge and the cash.

As I am a cancer patient, I am unable to go to the concerned police station to make a complaint. I have undergone immense mental stress and agony for the past two months owing to this.
Please help me to get justice
