My mobile no id 8971278025. I have been using this number for 10 months. For the last 3 months(I noticed it on February’13 for the first time) I am having this problem with the automatic activation of Airtel VAS Easy Search. This VAS costs me on a regular basis. I registered a complaint a month back. At that time I was told, the mentioned VAS will be cancelled. But recently I find out the VAS is not stopped. Today again I lodged a complaint. The person told me the VAS will be deactivated and I will get an sms with my reference no and other information. I am yet to receive that message even after 12 hours. I don’t know how much money I have lost due to this VAS, I just want it to be deactivated.
