Airtel store fraud

Airtel store is the most fraud place ever. I went there to change the circle of my sim and they told me that they only will have to do the first recharge on my new sim and did the recharge of Rs 448 but told me that I will have to tell pay Rs 500 instead of Rs 448. Such fraud guys
