AIRTEL SLOW INTERNET SPEED AND BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT

<p><b>Location/place</b>: KARNAL</p>My airtel prepaid number is 9729345096. I am from karnal, haryana.
I recharged of 198 2GB unlimited plan. Customer care said me that i will get 80 to 100 kbps for first 2GB and then 40kbps. I recharged it on 1st or 2nd june. For first 2GB I only got speed of less than 10kbps. My 2GB is over and now i am getting worst speed of 0.5kbps to the “maximum” 1kbps. When i call customer care, i get a computer saying “now dial *121# and manage all your airtel accounts. Thank you for calling airtel” and then the call is automatically disconnected.
I am very much annoyed with the airtel services. Firstly, getting speed of less than 1kbps and then i cannot reach customer care. Please solve this issue.
