My Name is Satnam Singh. I am from kurukshetra, Haryana, India. I have Airtel Prepaid number which is 9996253772. I am using this number from last 4-5 years. But from last 2-3 month i am facing a lot of problems. Around 3 month ago i call to customer care for my problem regarding my internet. But they didn’t talk well with me and cut the call in the middle. Again i tried but again same result they pickup my phone and cut the call immediately. From that day my call got blocked by airtel. I tried to call 121, 198, 9896098960 many times but call can’t be completed. Then i sent an email to them and they replied me after 20 days. At that time i was in roaming. So i unable to call to customer care as they don’t handle customer from roaming and also my call was blocked to customer care. On 3rd May 2012 they deducted my balance around Rs 120. My balance was 128 and i was in roaming and i was using the internet at the same location (Mohali). When they deducted my balance i was using my internet plan 1GB/Rs 98 and data was remained in my account when they deducted my balance from Rs 128 to Rs 7. I was unable to call customer care as my call was blocked. Then on 21st June 2012 they again deduct my balance of Rs 10 from my account (Rs 33 to Rs 23). I was still using my internet plan 50MB/Rs 5. Then i called to customer care and register a combined complaint for 21st June and 3rd May and the reference no. is CBDMO30621034743 Registered on 21 June at 22:42. At that time my data plan was left. The customer care executive told me that the deduction was due to internet usage but i replied immediately that i have data usages already left in my account then how can they deduct my balance. Then he told me that you will get a call from customer care and they will refund your balance between 21 June to 25 June. Then today i got a call from customer care and he agreed to refund my balance for 21st June. But as he start refunded i interrupt him for 3 May. Then he refused that he didn’t get any complaint regarding your deduction of 3rd May balance. then i told him that i register the complained with same reference no. and i told whatever happened in the deduction of balance on 3rd May 2012. Then he told me that hold let me check it. He hold call for around 2-3 min and call disconnected and no refund of any money. Then i again call to 198 for refunding my balance, But he refused to refund me balance for 21 June. He was not listening me and was saying again and again that he will not refund you. And for 3 May he totally refused that don’t talk about that because you should register your complaint within 24 hour of your deduction ( My call to customer care was blocked). At the end they have not refunded my balance. So please look into the matter and do the needful for the same. Hope you will take an appropriate action against my complaint.
