Name of company/service: Airtel
I am an user of Airtel Telecom Service.
I had recharged an SMS pack of Rs.33/- on 9th June 2012.And,as promised by the telecom service,the SMS pack would be auto renewed after a month with the help of slashing the same amount from the main balance.
And today,21st June 2012,i get an SMS from Airtel saying that my SMS pack has been renewed and it slashed off Rs.33/- from my main balance.
I also called the customer care and they said they wouldn’t refund my Rs.33/- to my main balance.
What the hell is Airtel doing with students like us? As it stands,it’s call rates are too high compared to other telecom services. What kind of a play is this?
