Hello,
I am a Airtel West Bengal customer staying in bankura district of west Bengal. My mobile number is 08016415467. On 20/06/2012 at 11:00 AM i had done a online recharge of RS. 100.00 from my city bank net banking. I got an immediate response from city bank that the amount has been deducted. But the amount has not been updated to my mobile. I immediately called to the airtel customer care but they didn’t respond my call. Thay cant even speak in English and continued with the Marathi/Hindi. When i told them to forward my call to one the representative who can able to speak in English, they suddenly disconnect my call and this happened multiple times.
Now i am in helpless situation, my 100 Rs balance has not been updated to my mobile till now. Airtel simply stole this amount. Please help me, i cant understand where to go.
