I am Shyam Kant using mobile no. 9929222660 from airtel. From last six months they are adding 3G rental to my bill.When this occurred for the first time I complained & told them that the phone I am using is Nokia 1200,which doesn’t support GPRS etc.,after some efforts they accepted their mistake & deducted the amount & apologized that this would not be repeated in future.But for a shock to me the same thing was repeated next month & has continued till this month.Every time they say this will not be repeated.Their representatives keep on calling me for the same thing at least four to five times a day & I have been answering the same to all.
Know I am tired & harassed,I never expected this from a company like airtel.
