Name of company/service: Airtel DTH
We have Asked to upgrade Airtel DTH to Airtel HD and so they charged us 1640rs from our debit card on 1st of june but still they have not provided us service and after many complains now 4 days back they told us that that was their mistake and will revert our money soon but they didnt upgraded our Service and now also after 4 days they have not yet paid us back money. its 16th of june and we have to pay interest on our money debited by them and now what if our service is not getting started or even if we are getting 1640 rs back ? but what about our time and interest that bank will going to charge us. ?? Please Help Us.
