Airtel DTH upgarde

Dear Sir,
I am regular user of airtel DTH from 3 years I bought new HD TV so I have decided to upgrade the set top box to HD. I made a call to airtel on 18605006500(tolled). Mr Beswas is helped me and send me a link to make online payment of RS1999 so I made the payment( receipt no. 112061222087567 dated 12/6/12). Again I called airtel they told me installation will be done in 48 hours. But no one has called me so I made call to airtel and sales people saying call customer care. With lot of efforts I got HD receiver on 15/06/2012 from some other agency.The person came for installation replace the set top box and told me my account will start in 3 hours. Given his office phone no.But no one is picking up the phone from two days. Today one lady picked up phone talk very rudely saying it is airtel problem. I talk with the ICICI bank regarding the credit card but they says payment already made but they will do something. Please help me to solve the issue
