Name of company/service: Airtel Digital TV
I bought Airtel Digital tv 2-3 years back, before 4 months my set top box was faulty and replaced the same with charge of Rs 350/- , got warranty of 3 months only, now that set top box is not working at all. I launched complaint and Airtel person asking for another 350/- for replacement charges. If this replaced set top box having life for only 4 months? then why should i pay 350/- every 3-4 months. It the said problem will not taken care by Airtel, then i will remove Airtel from my place.
