I had recharged my Airtel DTH thru HDFC netbanking for Rs. 320 on 23/8/2012 and received a confirmation by way of unique transaction ID no 932479 on the Airtel website, The recharge confirmation stated that”Your set top box will show the changed amount in the next 4 hours.
The DTH Compnay disconnected my services for insufficent balance on 24/8/2012. On checking with Customer care they just handed me over a complaint no 21136454 without restoring my balance.
As a Customer I am deprived for my rights for entertainment inspite of paying my dues
