I had purchased airtel DTH HD connection around 1 year back. Now I had shifted my house and requested airtel to shift my airtel dth connection to new house. The airtel person came and said that due to a builting in front of my house signal is not coming so connection cannot be installed. It should be the airtel responsibility to install the connection. If signal is not coming they should install MDU disk on top of building as tata sky is doning in my building. Now I had purchased tatasky connectio. Airtel is saying that they cannot do anything on it. I want back the money which I had spend on purchasing the connection as they cannot provide the service.
