Name of company/service: Airtel DTH
suddenly Airtel people changed my monthly plan to a new plan.without informing me .i am unable to view some of channel which were there in my previous plan.when i informed them about the same they asked me to pay separately for those channels and they even told me that i was using the new plan from last one year,which was ridiculous.when finally somebody heard me she promised me that it would be changed within 48 hrs and when i asked them about the complain no ,they refused.and daily i am wasting 2 to 3 hrs to just talk to them….
this is really bad utter ridiculous ..
