My Service Request number 19709178 is this and on 13 Jun u mailed me about the refund concern but my complain was not regarding refund it was to upgrade to HD.
Now the thing is that it was your mistake and your representative only guided us to transfer money using Credit card on 1st of Jun and now due to your mistake you are refunding amount 1640rs but what about the interest charges which bank is going to charge us. and 2nd thing u have told us about refund on 13th june and its already 16th of june but no refund has been done. so who is responsible ?
