I am complaint regarding video buffering on my airtel Dth HD channel ,service request for Airtel DigitalTV ID 3016468713 towards Video Problem is 69557274 dated 02nd March 2018 .
Airtel engineer come on dated 3rd March named Sunil yadav and change something in my Antena and say problem is resolved and charged 100 rupees without bill but my problem is still same as previous, same day I call the customer care and raised same issue for the day executive raise my complaint (Dear Customer, your Ref. no. 69557274 for Video Problem has been assigned to our Service Engineer SUNIL YADAV ( 9891791816) for resolution. Today morning mr. Sunil yadav call me and ask me my problem I m saying for same video problem Mr. Sunil said my wire is Antena to STB is short circuit then I am saying to Sunil pls check my cable and change it . Sunil said no time for that and cut the phone .
I request you pls suggest me I really switch my operator or resolve my problem .
