I have an airtel Digital TV connection at my place in gurgaon. I bought the connection around 19th May, 2012. On 23rd may and 26th may itself I faced problems with the connection and after waiting for almost 24 hours, my problem was resolved. Then again on 6th June, 2012 i faced the similar problem and I had put my request for the fix. An engineer visited my place and he told me that there is problem with the setup and it has to be fixed and he left. After that no engineer has made visit to my place. I have been calling airtel customer care since then and have been placing my complaints almost every day, but airtel has not taken any action yet. It has been 17th June, 2012 today and no engineer has visited my place yet to fix the issue. Airtel is also, not reverting my money to my account even after so many complaints.
