This is sad to write about Airtel services though I have been a long term customer.
These people give fake promises and now when I am trying to call the customer service they are disconnecting my registered mobile number. If I call through another number they receive the call listen to the problem and disconnect the call.
DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
MY D2H account has a balance amount of RS. 502 but still they ask me recharge the account due to suspension.
I have been trying to follow up with you guys on my issue but each time customer executive gives a different story.
I came across one rude customer executive this morning stating that there would not be a refund for amount as I was not able to view few HD channels. I had recharged for infinity plan which claimed that all HD channels would be available except for 3 of them which even I was not interested into.
But I was not able to view some of the HD channels and raised a complaint number of times, every time I call they said they forgot to add it and repeated the same. Now suddenly they deactivate my package stating it’s old one. When I ask for refund, they arranged for a call back. Customer executive confirmed that I will be able to get refund on August 12 2019. When I called them back to check on the refund, they arranged call back today that is 15th August 2019.
That female doesn’t know how to talk to customer says there is no record of my complaints earlier and hence she cannot refund and she has suspended my account.
Now when I try to call customer care it says I have low balance and my registered mobile is not able to call them. Account has an amount of RS. 502
