iam suresh from chennai .. i used airtel broadband for some months and we payed the bill till the last month and due to some problem we called customer care and we told to cut the line …they also disconnected our line… but after 6 six months they are calling us and asking us to pay tha bill… the main thing one girl called us and talking very rubbishly ,hardly….we are requesting u to talk immediate action…. the call which we got from this no-42791403

    Hi,

    I am Aparna i have faced worst service with Airtel, i have asked for the cancellation in december 2011, still they have generated the bill for January, february and March month……..i have raised so many compalint and every time they have closed the request saying i have not picked the call for giving them confirmation. I think they are more of money oriented for Airtel customer service is nothing……

    i would say noone should go for airtel broadband…….the worsest service ………
