AIRTEL is cheating its customers by enabling VAS without our request and deducts the money for the service without coonfirmation. And we are not able to call to customer care to register complaint for this. They have disabled that service of talking to customer care executive. I have send so many mails to them and then they are just replying to the mail. But there is no action. Really it is nothing but cheating. One who is not checking his account balance regularly is gone. This ppl will take his money and go. AIRTEL really s**ks. I dont know what will be the situation of the ppl who does not have access to email. They cant even talk to the customer care and finally they lose the money. This is happening to lot of ppl and they are not doing anything to rectify the problem.
