AIRTEL CHARGED ME OVER AND ABOVE THE ACTUAL BILL . AND CHARGED ME EVEN AFTER I HAD RAISED A REQUEST TO DISCONNECT THE BROADBAND..

AIRTEL IS REALLY GOOD AT ALL THIS. AIRTEL IS THREATING ME TO PAY THE BILL FOR WHICH I HAVE NOT USED THE SERVICE FOR.. I HAD ASKED AIRTEL TO DISCONNECT THE BROADBAND CONNECTION BUT THEY DID NOT DO THAT AND CHARGED ME FOR TWO MONTHS. I SOLD MY COMPUTER SO I DINT WANTED INTERNET CONNECTION AT MY PLACE. BUT THEY WERE JUST CALLING ME TO GIVE ME NEW OFFERS THINKING I WILL KEEP THE CONNECTION LATER THEY CHARGED ME FOR THAT. I DONT WANNA PAY FOR THE SERVICE WHICH I DINT USE.. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE..

    HI , Its been a long time my Air tel broadband is not working that is because of the payment, but my net service is very poor complaints have been made several times but nothing has been done, My main concern is In the Mon of DEC my internet service didn’t come and for whole the month internet was not there decided not to pay the bill for that period of time i.e for month of DEC, after that they disconnected my net and since then i am facing prob with the internet, Air tel person calls daily but only ask about the payment no one concerned about to resolve my problem, Even I made payment for JAN month but that too they did not have proof of it and kept on asking to make the payment for that month too i myself then scanned the receipt and sent them to the email , now i just want file a case against them or not resolving the customers problem its been more then 3 months the same thing is going on .. Please help me i am so much frustrated with the service.. i want them to wave-off my bill and start the network connections ASAP.

    They are asking me to pay the extra amount of the bill .. This is so useless .
