Airtel Broadband, not given connection after taking money, already 2 months it is

Location/place: Chennai

Name of company/service: Airtel

These are the mails i have kept to Airtel, irresponsive behavior by the airtel executives. THey say they will address the issue, but never gave any response in real other than mails.

Dear Airtel Executive,

Please go through the below chain mail.

How many times I have to request you with this regard.

In Last mail from Airtel,

” We would like to inform that your concern has been registered with us with the reference number 16742448 and the same will be addressed by 08-JUN-2012 10:00 AM ”

I hope, today it is 12-JUN-2012, is the organization is still sleeping at 08-JUN-2012.

What does that mean, I thought I will be getting the internet connection. Why you took money when you are unable to provide service, you must have told that in starting so that I would have opted for another service, dont you feel shame for saying these things being having such a goodwill in the market.

I am sure am going to get a mail again saying your reference number is xxxxxxxx and same will be addressed by this weekend some date dd-mm-yyyy, for my satisfaction in a very polite manner and so cool.

I am going to put this mail chain in all consumer forums. After that, I know how to use this mail as well.

This is really horrible, and cannot be taken up anymore.

Just kindly in the next email, tell me whether this can be done or not….. I
will leave the amount to Bharati Airtel, no issues.

Dont ask me any further questions, just tell me whether you can come to the
apartment and give us the connection or not.

If not, just tell me, I may choose another network, but stop asking further
questions in order to delay the process.

If any action can be done, just do it or else just confirm as if nothing can be
done so that I am ready to leave the amount.
