I (Nirmal Kumar) am writing this with severe frustration and disappointment.
I have been with airtel and its services for morethan 10 years & was happy with the serveices till 2010. now after 2010 the serveice has been detiotriated & the backend operations team are totally incapable lot. This is an ongoing issue from the month of September’2011.
Please check all the case/call record details about this issue.
I need higher officers to address this issue.
here is my mail details & reply by nodal officers & with no further resolution, now some Delhi session court people are calling me & threating me that a case is going to be filed on section 420 for non payment…..
What a kind of service…. is there some one who can listen to customers grievance…. Plz some one suggest some kind legal action which can be taken…

I am a customer of airtel for more than 10 years. I had been a great fan of airtel products & services, till before last year, but after 2010, i dono whatz wrong with airtel. Your service towards customers has deteriorated & I was not at all happy with service & customer care. So i had decided to cancel my Airtel broadband.
For your information, I have requested for cancelled of this connection atleast 3-4 times. every time they said it will be done in 48 hours & finally next month you call back for payment..

I have even returned your instrument set personally to your bannerghatta road head office & have that letter for this. To accept this, they made to visit 3 times as it was 7:30pm.. finally i had to apply a half a day leave to my office to be there before 6:00pm
Still today i receive calls from your customer care for payment.. still i spoke to them politely.
Even after this every time a new person calls & i need to explain them the whole story.. they really test my patience.
Is this a punishment for me for being a AIRTEL fan…????
If this is the service, i get AIRTEL, why should’nt I goto BSNL where the charges are just 33% of your charges for similar customer care quality.
This is a harassment for me every time at busy work, meetings, leisure…
Many times I had been to your head office & they have told me that no need to pay & every thing is cancelled..
When am not using this connection past 8 months, please tell me why should I pay any bill & for what..?
Please someone do something to stop this harassment…………………
If this same harassment continues, I will be forced to goto consumer court & will raise this harassment issue to top most level, Even to the media…
I have contacts of 10-20 tormented customers with me whom I met at you head office everytime i visited, where almost everyone had same complaint, worst service..
