My airtel broadband has been having frequent disconnections for 3 weeks now. Have filed 3 complaints so far
This guy came home, checked and said no issue at my end. Issue at server end. Said he fixed it and closed the case. ISSUE NOT RESOLVED
Extremely rude guy by the name of Basavappa calls up. Says he has resolved the issue by remotely installing latest firmware on modem. Doesnt even bother to take my request of not closing the complaint. Hangs up.
ISSUE NOT RESOLVED.
Raised today. 5 mins back someone calls and says issue with copper cable and they will resolve it. Again I request them to not close ticket. No idea if issue resolved.
The point here is that all airtel wants to do is close the ticket within 24 hours. IRRESPECTIVE of whether the issue is resolved or not. Nobody is giving this a serious look. They are treating their customers as fools as always. Also your customer care needs some basic training of logic and courtesy to customer.
