Airtel Billing issue

I was completely shocked when i saw my MARCH postpaid bill. It was around Rs 3900 and that too 3500 from Value added services. I still remember that on month of Jan, Feb and March i had deactivated my GPRS and Airtel live because i knew that there might go some miscalculations on the billing charges. I called all the customer executive and their senior seeking their help and responses. None of them came up with a positive response. Every single executive told me that i have to pay the whole amount. I told them that this was impossible that such high bill would be charged to me and that too on VAS. I cross checked my itemized bill for VAS and found out that there are charges added falsely for almost every dates on the month of March. I remember for some dates when i was busy with my work and never had a chance to go for facebook nor any websites. And why should i go for facebook and other web pages when i have a internet connection at home.

Unfortunately i had to deactivate that number and took another number.

I think this billing issues is common within all airtel customers. I dont know what is wrong with the Airtel.

I would like you to please lodge a complain against Airtel against their billing manipulation attitude.
