This is Kunaal. This complaint is regards to the Air tel broad band.
As i have a internet connection with Air tel from past February, Due to the late payment in march the company had disconnected the service from there side, and they used to send me the Bill of 2,500 INR. Till april and may the connection was disconnected and one of the representative had called and adivised me to pay the bill and he had informed me that he has waived off 2000 INR from the bill and advised to pay the remaining amount of 500 INR the next day the I had payed a check of 500 to the executive who came to the place(FRIDAY) and he has collected it and the executive advised that thge connection will be activated in other 5 min i was waiting for the connection from my side but the connection was activated. the next day i had met the area broad band team and they had a check on my system for 2hrs but they could not fix the issue as agent who came to my place advised that the issue is not from your system as it is from the company. and on Monday i wanted to pay the 500 INR but i dint pay to the bank as the AIR TEL company had put a check on my account. and the check has been bounced. And the next day i got a call from the company (collection team) they told the connection is activated. i have not got a proper person to speak to this issue till now. so please help me with this issue.
