My self Penchal Naidu, recently im migrated from BSNL to Airtel on my relative Jyothi Reddy name. 1st month bill i got recently in that bill they have charged around 8000/- for GPRS ( i already having GPRS plan activation). When i called to customercare they are not giving satisfactory resolution. My GPRS usage is as on 7/6/12 1.7 GB as per airtel records, i have availed GPRS 2 GB as per my activated GPRS plan. They are already charging monthly rental as well as GPRS usage. Now they disconnected my phone. As per their bill received by me is my GPRS usage is 155 MB. I had sent 5 mails to [email protected] but they are not responding for my mail. Find the attached bill capy for your referance, kindly do the needfull.
