Hi,
I have taken 4G connection of airtel through a representative, on 5th Dec 2012. He came to my home and gave the data card and sim and collected 2999+399(device price + activation charge) from me. And he told that within 48hrs it will be activated. Following day, address verification and mobile no verification was also done.
But my sim was not activated after this also. So I called the representative and told the issue and he was telling that from his side he have done everything. He told me that he will check once again and call be back. But he never called back. And after that he was not picking my call . So I raised a complaint with airtel. So they told that they haven’t got the documents from him yet. After 5 days of submitting the documents I am getting this reply. I am wondering were my documents went and I am afraid whether he will misuse my documents, since he is not picking up the call. Please do the needful immediately.
