i am using my landline no 0120-4566301 with internet connection and i have complained that my internet connection is not work from 5 th march 2012 to 4 th may 2012 .
i have complained so many time in your office and written complained also but i found there is no response from your side.
today as on dt 22/06/2012 i called in your customer care and i found i got waiver of 209/= rupees and 449/= rupees waiver from airtel side and the total is 209 + 449 = 658 rupees waiver from your side but my actual waiver for two monts is 1600 /= ( because my monthly bill was almost 800/= rupees per month x 2 monts = 1600/=) .
now i am very much fed up with airtel that how you people can do this with your customers .
my internet connection is closed due to non payment so my request you to kindly activate my internet connection immidiately and give waiver 1600 – 658 =942 balance and raise a new bill till now and inform me on my mobile no 8800277113 so that i will diposite the amount in you account .
i have put lot of efferts to resolve this problem and given so many reminders and so many complaints then i have no choice to go consumer court .
