Aircel Karnataka does not care for customers as they did’t deactivated the Unwanted Pocket Internet Service named KTPI5, which costs me Rs. 5 per day.

Hello,

My name is Abhishek Kumar Sharma, I am living in Bangalore and using Aircel as my prepaid service, my mobile number is 8553037413(Karnataka Circle) . An service named Aircel Pocket Internet Pack KTPI5 was activated on my mobile phone, this KTPI5 costs me Rs 5 per day which is completely unwanted by me. I tried to speak with Customer care helpline but i did not got any response. After which i tried online customer support and i emailed my issue to Customer care Karnataka and in turn i got a email which stated that my Pocket internet service will be deactivated within 24 hours but now its been more than 48 hours and no deactivation has been done so far and this is causing me unnecessary flow of money from my Aircel account balance. Please help me to take on these fraudsters who don’t know how to deal with customers.
