sir, i am a aircel mobile user from c.g. state and i got information that your company is going to off their services in c.g. till 28th Nov and i got this information from 198 customer care when i myself call them on 24th Nov they are continuously saying its company policy .How can it be??. i didn’t got any msg or call regarding this and if your company is going to off the services then what about my money?? i can portable my mobile no. but you refund my money and i will move on. its really very embarrassing about your service that u cant inform your customer and when i told your customer care officer to transfer my call to higher authority then they are making excuses. in your website also their is no information given to customers regarding this ???
