I had booked a return ticket for my holiday with airasia during their big Sale with booking numbers: M8NS3T – Bom -KUL for booked on the 25th May 2011
OEVN5B – KUL – BOM for booked on the 26th May 2011 a year in advance and had asked for cancellation under medical terms (Pregnancy)on Nov 15th 2011. While I applied for cancellation they had already decided to withdraw their bombay sector flights. and only refunded my money for my one way journey on the 13th of April 2012. This refund happened only when a lady from their Malasian office called me and I informed about this issue. My other refund is still pending. They have been informed that they had given me credit shell for my one way booking which expired on March 2012. Their was no communication on this process that they did.That means they took away my money without providing me my services. I am not interested in any dealings with them as they never inform anything to the customer. I have made several calls to their callcenter without any help also have written to their live chat and their [email protected] email. After so many follow ups they have again given me a credit shell which will expire in September 2012. I suggest sir such airline companies where the customer cannot speak to the decision making authorities should not be allowed to do business in our country as they are making fool out of the indian customers. I am expecting help from you to get my money back. Would also want interest for my money as Airasia has kept my money illegaly with them and have earned interest on it and are still not ready to give it back. Please protect my right. I do not want to fly with them as I am not getting a product that I ordered for now.
