With deep regret and pain ,I am forced to write this letter to you.
On seeing your advertisement in the television, I purchased one AIR LOUNGE from you in December 2011. This product was having complaint and the air was not staying, making it unworthy to use. Due to this we had to speak to your staff over the phone about the product and they had promised us a replacement. We received the replacement in March 2012. The replaced product is also having same problem. The air is not staying beyond one hour.
This matter was discussed with your staff over the phone and they have denied my replacement / money back. Your advertisement in the television mentioned about one year warranty. But your staff denied this.
Due to all the above, I feel I made a mistake by buying your product and also feel pity for your staff, who doesn’t even know how to respond to the customer complaints.
The above being the reality, I am forced to write this letter with a request to pay back my money including interest from December 2011. I have also spent Rs, 300/- for telephone charges and Rs,400/- as parcel charges which may also be refunded by you. If no concrete decision is taken within10 days of receipt of this letter, I will be left with no other option, other than approach the consumer court for justice.
Expecting you to settle the issue amicably at the earliest.
