Name of company/service: Agarwal Packers & Movers Limited
I had booked a Toyota Liva Car to be transported from New Delhi to pune on 10th of June 2012. The packers had charged me extra assuring me that my car will reach in absolutely good condition.
When the car was delivered in Pune it was :
1.extremly dirty from inside
2.The driver had spat on the doors the stain was visible.
3. The paint on the bonnet was damaged as the transporter had dropped some chemical on it.
I called them several times and expressed my displeasure on their service but my complaints fell on deaf ears.
I therefore request the help of this forum to help out in this.
