My dish tv no-01500353912 has been activating with package amt. Rs.200/- per month but due to certain problem i want to downgrade my package of amt. 170/- per month and in my A/c. i have Rs. 194.58/- till date. When i asked Dih tv to downgrade my package dish tv ask to recharge of Rs. amt 250.00 but as considering downgraded package cost my daily burn rate is Rs. 5.67/-.But other DTH companies did this if my A/c balance is just Rs. 6/- only.They also not provided online service to downgrade the package accept upgrade the package. So please take my complain and resolve as soon as possible.
