Sub: Internal damage is not covered by warranty

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have a purchased Samsung mobile on 21/06/12 and there is a internal damage in my mobile. This has been refused to repaired by Samsung Service Centre (Hi-tech Solution Old no.M98, New No.83, Annanagar Easr Chennai-102)

Requesting you to help the same

    As I am trying to contact you on dated 19.07.2012 at 5.0PM to 5.23PM however did not get any answer as it is saying incoming call facility is not available on this no.
