against our S.D.Payment against aluminium work

I am a civil contractor.I have do the contractual work at maithon dam administrative building.In this regard we do the aluminum work of window and door.In this work 10/percent security deposit has been deducted from the RA Bill.From last 10 year we have try to meet Mr.S.K.Srivastav and Mr.rai but we could n`t tress the company and his authorities.So kindly my S.D refund by the company.
