I have booked an OYO room for my brother . Due to flight delay , i was a bit late to reach the hotel. My brother reached the hotel , and They didnt pick up a single call and hotel was closed. He had to roam at midnight for 3 hours to search another hotel.
In morning we called oyo 5 times as they were disconnecting our call after asking booking ID every time from other numbers as well as they blocked our call each time. Such an irresponsible behaviour was not expected from OYO rooms .
We want our refund back .
