dear sir
i purchase one pair shoe in bata showroom in bhopal city,after some times my shoe shoal has been creaked . so bata company are permitted to me you can change your shoe in my bhopal showroom (same size same article & modal)so i change my shoe .
within after 2 month repeat i face this sane problem so i send a complaint mail to bata company thereafter he permitted to me you can change your shoe so i change my shoe ……
after 2 month my new shoe shoal has been creaked at this time and i complaint to bata company but he is not giving satisfactory answer .
so plz help me what i do
