Name of company/service: Relience Data card
I was user of Reliance data card (9382146303). my data card has been stolen in the month of January. I have given termination application thrice at Adyar reliance store but i got bill again. without use anything i have made payment of more then rs.2000. then i gave personally termination application at same place on 3.3.12 n made full and final payment of rs.471. Then i did not received bill till the month of June. Now i am getting massages daily that rs.251 is your data card bill. My question is that after made full payment written application of termination why they suspended my number instead of termination. i have photocopy of that application and receipt of payment. Please take the corrective action otherwise i ll file the application at consumer court.
Please let me know as soon as possible as i am psychologically tortured.
