I have Whirlpool Windows 1.5 Ton AC with VALID AMC. For the last 3 year, i was facing gas leakage problem. In the month of March 2013, I have asked whrilpool engineer to check AC as a regular service call. They told me gas leakage problem still exist in my AC. They again took my AC to service station & return back after 4 days GIVING ME COMMITMENTproblem will NEVER occur again. They also charged me Rs 200 Transportation Charges. I am writing this mail on 11th June & from 6th June AC cooling is not working. I registered complain in Whirlpool with Complain number GB0613003015 till date complain not being attended. lAST 3 DAYS I AM HEARING SAME THING IT WILL DONE BY TODAY. I AM GOING TO CONSUMER FORUM AS WELL TO PUT HEFTY FINE TO THIS CHEAT COMPANY WHIRLPOOL. WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE IN CONSUMER DURABLE APPLIANCE INDUSTRY.
