i had bought a 1 ton split ac from ezone of godrej.the after sales service are very bad of godrej.in the past 1 year i am entitled to 3 free servicings,but not even 1 has been done.no calls were made from the company too.moreover after almost a year the officials call and ask you to do an AMC with their company for the next 3 yrs.when i asked them about a free servicing some Shashi Mitra (9874207070)committed that a complaint would be lodged and servicing will be done on one saturday.neither the complaint was lodged nor anyone was sent from godrej for servicing.please treat this as urgent and take necessary action.when it comes to after sales and free service the company does not bother but when it is about taking money from the customer,they keep calling and irritating the customer.please take action against Shashi Mitra as she is of no use and defaming the name of Godrej.
