After payment of full amount of Rs.6000/- not connected with Mahanagar Gas connection since July 2011.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I had applied for Domestic Gas connection in June 2011 and after the complete payment of Rs 6000/- in July 2011 yet not connected with Mahanagar Gas connection.I have tried by all means to speak to the concerned authorities at frequent intervals and recieved a BP no and only complaint request number and certain silly excuses.
Kindly help me to get my connection done and render justice to me.
