After collectiing a cash amount from me policy is still not register.

I would like to inform you that I have purchase a Medical Health Insurance for my son. I have paid Rs. 3840/- cash amount to their agent. he has give me a company receipt along with application no printed on the silp. My application no is 6100127653. After repeated mails and phone calls nothing has been done. I have purchase a policy on 06-06-12. Kindly do the needful.
