Our concernteam will contact you in this regard by September 02, 2012.
Further, we regretto inform you that refund policy is currently not available with Videocon d2hservices. Please also note that initial payment made including installationcharges to get Videocon d2h services is non refundable amount.”
Please suggestion to sue them in court, After this much poor services from videocon d2h they denyed to refund even my advance rental amount.
