“We regret for the inconvenience faced by you.

As per our discussionwith you, we regret your decision of surrendering Videocon d2h services. Wewould be glad to do anything we can, to have you as a continued member of theVideocon d2h family. However, this is to inform you that your request forcancellation of d2h services is already registered through request number 127958820. Our concernteam will contact you in this regard by September 02, 2012.

Further, we regretto inform you that refund policy is currently not available with Videocon d2hservices. Please also note that initial payment made including installationcharges to get Videocon d2h services is non refundable amount.”

Please suggestion to sue them in court, After this much poor services from videocon d2h they denyed to refund even my advance rental amount.

    If this is real than i will never purchase the videocon d2h service as i was thinking to purchase it last night. how they say that they will not pay the money back. The customer tryed a lot for have the services for there end but after crossing 3 SLA they are doing this. BAD SERVICE FROM VIDEOCON. Thanks mohit for sharing the same. We will never go for videocon d2h service and will suggest the same to other. Once again thanks for you experience. You pls go to consumer court, they will really help u. tc 🙂

    Don’t buy Videocon D2H Connection. recharge rates are very high and very poor service.

    Videocon DTH – 194538880

    I have videocon connection and wanted to take it to other city. I have raised a complaint on 13th and they said it will be taken care in a day. With no response, i raised a complaint on tuesday again on this and they stated that it will be resolved by wednesday. Again, No response and i called them on thursday and they are again escalating on the engineer. With my packers shifting my stuff today, these people have not responded and they provided a nodal office no. who never picked up the phone.

    I spoke to Sunil kumar, supervisor and gurupreet another representative and they provided a nodal officer contact TM RAO who never picked up the phone

    None of the ns. are responsive and now they wont refund my initial deposit as i wanted to cancel due to their stupid delay

    Videocon d2h service in poor please don’t get connection of this company and when you ask company for refund of set top box advance cost he refuse to get our box back, rubbish company
